Italian documents valid for 6 months
On your own: You must request the right certificates for your permit (a pensioner needs the criminal record and the INPS certificate, a spouse joining through family reunification the marriage certificate), get them apostilled and translated into Albanian in time: if they expire, you start over.

Application in Albanian on e-Albania
On your own: The portal and forms are in Albanian. Picking the wrong permit category can block the case.

Bank account and deposit
On your own: You need an Albanian account for your pension and, if income falls short, a deposit of ALL 300,000 per person.
