The pensioner permit lasts 1 year and is renewable every year. The fee is ALL 4,500 the first time and ALL 2,250 to renew, plus ALL 5,700 for the card. Renewals are filed in the 60 days before expiry: we remind you in time.

Yes, through family reunification, which does not allow work. The two cases go together and we handle them as one.
A private-sector INPS pension is taxed only in Albania, after form EP-I. A public-sector pension (ex-INPDAP) stays taxed in Italy. We check it with an accountant: this is not tax advice.
